Last Friday, Pierce County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10200 block of D St. E. in Parkland because a GPS tracker indicated a stolen vehicle was parked there. A deputy responded and located the vehicle. He also discovered several other stolen vehicles, so he called us for further investigation.
We drafted a search warrant for the property and were granted a warrant to search the exterior areas.
We located the following stolen vehicles on the property:
2010 Dodge Challenger (stolen from Everett)
2019 Ford Explorer (stolen from Bellevue)
2004 Toyota Sequoia (stolen from the Waller area)
2005 Ford F-250 (stolen from unincorporated King County)
2015 Chevy Corvette (stolen from unincorporated Clark County)
2022 Honda Ruckus scooter (stolen from unincorporated King County)
2020 Victory cargo trailer (stolen from the Gig Harbor area)
1967 Buick Oldsmobile (stolen from Tacoma)
We attempted to contact the residents, but they either weren’t home or decided not to answer the door. Our warrant only covered the exterior areas of the property, so we couldn’t go inside the residence.
All of the vehicles were towed to a secure lot where we will search for evidence and fingerprints. The investigation is ongoing.
