At 2:50 pm, on April 2, 2024, our deputies responded to a welfare check at the Alderra Apartments in Puyallup.
The caller said the 70-year-old male and his 50-year-old male partner had not been seen in 3 weeks. Deputies went to the residence and were given a key to check on the couple.
They found both men deceased in a hospice bed in the living room, both with apparent gunshot wounds.
Detectives and forensic investigators responded to the scene to conduct an investigation.
Detectives don’t believe there are any outstanding suspects at this time.
