#1 Stabbing
On 5/9/26, at 8:25pm, we received a call from a female stating she had stabbed her husband after he had “came after her”. The female suspect remained on the line and provided information on the location and how to access the property. The couple was staying at a campground near the Alta Crystal Resort, near Crystal Mountain. Deputies traveled priority for over 30 minutes to make it to the remote area where the stabbing took place. King County WSP, WSP aircraft, Smokey, and Buckley PD assisted. When deputies arrived, they located the 48-year-old male with multiple stab wounds. Fire airlifted the male in serious condition to a local hospital. It was learned an altercation had occurred after the victim threw kittens out of the trailer, then the suspect grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed the victim. The 47-year-old female was booked for assault in the 1st degree/DV.
#2 Burglary
This second call is a commercial burglary at the Roadhouse Bar and Grill at the 18800 block of Meridian E on South Hill. On May 9th, around 4:00am. Deputies responded to an alarm and found the business with shattered glass from the front door and an empty cash register lying on the ground. The burglar did not get away with any money, but did cause significant damage costs. If you know anything about this burglary, call our office.
#3 TikTok Door Kick Challenge Gone Wrong
Lastly, we can’t stress enough how dangerous the TikTok door kick challenge is. In this case, grown men were doing it. On May 9th at 3:35am, a male suspect came to the door of a home in Gig Harbor at the 5900 block of 43rd Ave. NW. The male used his leg to kick the door several times, breaking the door frame. The male runs off with two other suspects. We are asking if anyone recognizes the male suspect. Pay attention to the tattoos. This may be fun and games, but sadly, people have died from doing this TikTok challenge. The homeowner is now facing a large bill to replace his front door.
