He implied he had a gun in his pocket and demanded that the employee give him cash from the register. The employee ran to the restroom and locked herself inside. The suspect fled after failed attempts to force the window and door open.<\/p>\n<p>Minutes later, at 3:09 a.m., a 911 caller reported a robbery at another Big Foot Java, located at 10506 Sales Rd S in Parkland. When deputies arrived, the employee told them that he was serving a customer at one of the windows when he noticed a silver, newer Hyundai pull up to the window behind him at a high rate of speed and stop. A man exited the vehicle and implied that he had a gun in his pocket. The employee tried to close the window, but the man forced his way into the building and demanded cash. He stole an iPad and fled in the Hyundai, which was occupied by another suspect.<\/p>\n<p>In both cases, the suspect is described as a black male, 25-30 years old, approximately 5\u20195\u201d and 170 lbs. He was wearing a black sweatshirt with a red and white graphic on the chest, and tan slides.
