Scammers are pretending to be someone from the Sheriff&#8217;s Department and making claims you have a warrant because you missed jury duty. They use fear to force you to stay on the phone and demand wire transactions of money and gift cards to pay off your alleged warrants. These are traps! Don&#8217;t fall victim to these scams. We will NEVER ask for money or gift cards.
