{"id":2612,"date":"2025-03-13T19:28:32","date_gmt":"2025-03-13T19:28:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.piercecountywa.gov\/pcsdblotter\/?p=2612"},"modified":"2025-03-13T19:28:34","modified_gmt":"2025-03-13T19:28:34","slug":"neighbor-dispute-homicide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.piercecountywa.gov\/pcsdblotter\/2025\/03\/13\/neighbor-dispute-homicide\/","title":{"rendered":"Neighbor Dispute Homicide"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On March 12<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;at approximately 10:00pm, our deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of 384th St. S for a neighbor dispute that turned into a homicide.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When deputies arrived, they spoke with the reporting party and learned he was in a verbal altercation with his neighbor regarding his surveillance cameras. The reporting party said that while he was inside his truck, the neighbor, who was outside the truck, displayed a pocketknife.
