#1 Burglary Arrests<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On January 4th, around 8:30 am, deputies arrived at a home in the Roy area that had recently been burglarized while the homeowner was gone. Surveillance shows two male subjects using a crowbar to break the back sliding door and enter the home. Both males can be seen with firearms in their hands. They were gone by the time the incident was reported.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, right before that, the Washington State Patrol had called out a stolen vehicle traveling northbound on Pacific Ave. S, from the Roy Y and Hwy 507. We assisted WSP when the vehicle turned into the Safeway parking lot at 159th St. S and Pacific Ave., and two males fled on foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our deputies were able to capture both suspects. It was later discovered that these two males are the same suspects in the surveillance camera burglarizing the home. The 19-year-old male and the 17-year-old male were arrested, and both were found in possession of firearms. Both subjects will be facing burglary charges in addition to possession of a stolen vehicle and unlawful possession of firearms. This investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

#2 Pursuit with WSP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On January 3rd, around 3:30 am, our deputies assisted Washington State Patrol in the pursuit of a reckless vehicle traveling on Hwy 512 with speeds exceeding 120mph. Puyallup PD was able to deploy stop sticks, and the back left tire blew out. The vehicle continued northbound and finally pulled off the highway at State Route 167 on the 24th St E off-ramp. Two males bailed from the vehicle, and a female passenger remained inside and was taken into custody.  The back male passenger was later located in a nearby swampy area and was taken into custody. The male driver is still outstanding. In plain view, an AR Rifle could be seen in the backseat as well as a pistol in the center console area, and the vehicle was taken for a search warrant. The male passenger was prohibited from having firearms and was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm. The female passenger was arrested for outstanding warrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

#3 Speedy Package Thief<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And finally, the package thief saga continues! Does anyone recognize this man or the distinguishable red pickup truck?
