#1 Suspicious Vehicle Turns into Nerf Gun Fun<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On February 21st, around 2:00pm, callers reported a suspicious vehicle at Heritage Park in Puyallup with some male subjects wearing ski masks and carrying around Nerf guns. When the deputy arrived, he learned the group of teens were making a video for a film project. He was invited to have a Nerf gun war, which he couldn\u2019t resist. These types of calls are a great way to engage and interact with the community on a positive note. Who can resist a Nerf gun fight? We hope they get an \u201cA\u201d on their project!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
#2 Traffic Stop Yields Arrest for Drug Distribution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This call occurred on February 21st, around 1:00 a.m., when one of our graveyard deputies stopped a vehicle for having no license plates and conducted a traffic stop at the 9600 block of Steele St S. The deputies learned that the male driver had multiple felony warrants and multiple misdemeanor warrants for his arrest. After taking the male into custody with no issues, a search of his person found three bags of narcotics in his pocket. The bags each tested positive for meth, cocaine, and fentanyl. In addition to the drugs, the suspect had large amounts of cash on him. The deputy suspected the male was distributing the narcotics since it was not a personal use amount of drugs for an individual. The 33-year-old male was arrested for unlawful possession of narcotics with intent to deliver, as well as for all his warrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
#Loose Cow Causes Major Collision<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This last call occurred on February 21st<\/sup>\u00a0around 8:45pm when multiple callers reported a large cow had been hit at the 22900 block of Meridian in Graham.\u00a0When the deputy arrived, one vehicle was completely totaled, and another had a flat tire. The large cow unfortunately died at the scene.\u00a0We are fortunate none of the drivers or passengers suffered major injuries. Washington State Patrol took over the investigation.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
