{"id":3105,"date":"2026-04-15T17:27:08","date_gmt":"2026-04-15T17:27:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.piercecountywa.gov\/pcsdblotter\/?p=3105"},"modified":"2026-04-15T17:27:10","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T17:27:10","slug":"homicide-suspect-in-custody","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.piercecountywa.gov\/pcsdblotter\/2026\/04\/15\/homicide-suspect-in-custody\/","title":{"rendered":"Homicide Suspect in Custody"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The homicide originally occurred on April 12 around 4:20am, when deputies responded to the&nbsp;Wynstone&nbsp;Townhomes for reports of a male who had been shot.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;37-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds died at the scene. The&nbsp;suspect had fled the scene prior to deputies arriving.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On April 14<sup>th<\/sup>, before 7pm, the 24-year-old male suspect turned himself into the Seattle Police Department. One of our deputies met with SPD and took custody of the suspect.
