Deputies responded to the call with South Pierce and Graham Fire. They found the passenger, a 48-year-old woman, had been ejected from the vehicle and was declared deceased at the scene. The driver had to be extricated from the vehicle and was transported to the hospital for her injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Traffic deputies responded to document the collision and the initial investigation shows speed and impairment as factors in the collision.
