DUI Arrest, Hit-and-Run Collision
22600 blk South Prairie Rd E, Bonney Lake
Incident # 24-132-01236

A deputy was dispatched to a collision where a vehicle had gone through a fence and into a backyard. When the deputy arrived, he discovered that the driver was covered in bear spray. As the deputy was investigating, the driver placed his keys, phone, and a drug pipe on the trunk of his car, so the deputy arrested him for possessing drug paraphernalia. The driver had apparently gone to a home where he was not welcome and was bear sprayed by the owner. He then drove away, while under the influence of fentanyl, and crashed into a fence. According to witnesses, he tried to flee the scene in his vehicle before the deputy arrived. The 43-year-old suspect was booked into jail for DUI, hit and run, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Vehicle Theft, Reckless Driving
17500 blk Canyon Rd E, Frederickson
Incident # 24-132-01385

A patrol deputy spotted a gray Mazda 3 driving northbound in the southbound lanes of Canyon Rd E at a high rate of speed. The vehicle then turned westbound onto 176th St E, nearly causing a serious collision. The deputy initiated a traffic stop and the driver pulled over. As the deputy was dealing with the driver, a woman called 911 from a nearby fast-food restaurant to report that her vehicle was just stolen. Her vehicle was the one the suspect was driving. The victim had left her key inside her vehicle when she went into the restaurant to get her food. The 23-year-old suspect was arrested and booked into jail for vehicle theft, obstructing, and reckless driving.

Felony Harassment, Illegal Firearms Possession, Drugs
10100 blk Wilkeson St S, Parkland
Incident # 24-132-01580

Deputies were dispatched to a residence for a report of an intimidation with a weapon. According to the 911 caller, two juveniles were on the victim’s property and one threatened to shoot the victim. On his way to the residence, a deputy spotted the suspects and arrested them. Both were carrying firearms (one had a switch to convert it to automatic) and one had 75 fentanyl pills. According to the victims, the suspects knocked on their door and asked to use the phone. The victims said they did not have a phone and asked them to leave. The suspects became upset, threatened to shoot the victims, and were grabbing at their clothing, implying they had guns. A 17-year-old suspect was booked into Remann Hall for unlawful possession of a firearm in the first degree. A 16-year-old suspect was booked for unlawful possession of a firearm in the second degree, unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, and felony harassment.

Assault, Eluding, Stolen Vehicle
7518 178th St Ct E, South Hill
Incident # 24-133-02320

Deputies were dispatched to a residence for a report of domestic violence. When they arrived, the 17-year-old victim told them that she and her boyfriend were driving home and were arguing. She said her boyfriend stopped in front of her house and told her to get out of the car. She refused to get out so her boyfriend started punching her. The victim said she got halfway out of the vehicle when her boyfriend started to drive away. She said she was dragged about five feet along the road. Deputies canvassed the neighborhood and located the 18-year-old suspect at a nearby residence. They arrested him and searched his fanny pack, where they found a stolen firearm. He was booked into jail for unlawful possession of a firearm, domestic violence assault in the second degree, possessing a stolen firearm, obstructing and eluding.
