The suspect in this case died in the hospital from his injuries on Friday June 21st according to the Pierce County Force Investigation Team.

ORIGINAL POST
At 11:49 pm, on Tuesday June 18th, Deputies responded to a verbal domestic violence call between family members at a residence at Martins Mobile Home Park at 4800 33rd Ave Ct E. The caller advised their brother was armed with a knife.
At 12:07 am, on the 19th, deputies contacted the suspect who ran to a shed on the property. At 12:11 am deputies advised “shots fired” over the radio.
Deputies applied a chest seal bandage to the suspect and fire transported him to the hospital with serious injuries. No deputies were injured during this incident.
At this time the investigation of the shooting will be handled by the Pierce County Force Investigation Team.
