****UPDATE****
Traffic Investigators have contacted an 80-yr-old woman who called in about the collision Sunday afternoon. She made an online report about hitting someone in the road on September 3rd prior to the creation of this bulletin.
Investigators were made aware of the report this morning and went to her home and confirmed the vehicle had damage which matched parts they found at the scene. The woman was interviewed and her vehicle was impounded. This case is still under investigation.

ORIGINAL POST
On 09-3-23, at 02:43 am a 27-yr-old man was riding his skateboard north at the 15700 block of Waller Rd when he was struck from behind by a vehicle which was also traveling north. The vehicle fled without stopping.
The victim, was transported to the hospital and is on life support. He is not expected to survive.
The suspect vehicle left some parts behind. Traffic investigators were able to determine the parts came from a Ford Sedan.
Traffic Investigators are asking anyone who lives in the area to check their surveillance cameras between 2:30 am and 3:00 am for any vehicles. You can submit copies of your videos to our link below.
