HOMICIDE SUSPECT IN CUSTODY
On Saturday August 10th, detectives were able to locate the 15-year-old suspect from the July 31 homicide at 11800 Pacific Ave S. Auburn Police was able to arrest the suspect who has now been booked for Murder in the 1st Degree.
As deputies were initially responding to the call for the shooting, one of their dash cameras captured the suspect and a woman in a red Tahoe that was described leaving the area. This helped detectives work on figuring out who the suspect was and ultimately gave us a big head start on solving this case.
Outstanding work by our detectives and deputies and a huge thank you to Auburn PD for capturing our suspect.
