This week, we celebrate Animal Control Appreciation Week and the incredible work our Animal Control Officers do for the animals in our community. Every day, they are a voice for the voiceless, rescuing lost, injured, and neglected animals, reuniting pets with their families, and ensuring animals are treated with care and compassion. Whether it’s responding to emergencies, providing lifesaving support, or helping animals find safety, their impact is felt in countless wagging tails and second chances.
Their work takes patience, dedication, and a genuine love for animals. Because of them, so many animals receive the protection, care, and kindness they deserve.
