Our K9s put themselves in harm’s way right alongside our deputies, and we’re incredibly grateful for the people in our community who help make sure they’re protected.
Pierce County Sheriff’s Office would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Doug Koch and Catherine Larson for their generous donation of a ballistic-resistant vest for K9 Coda. This specialized vest will provide Coda with an added layer of protection while he works alongside his handler and our deputies to keep our community safe.
Your generosity is more than a donation, it’s an investment in the safety of one of our four-legged members of the PCSO family. We are truly grateful for your support of our K9 team and the work they do every day. We are incredibly grateful since all our K9 dogs have now been outfitted with ballistic-resistant vests.
Thank you, Doug and Catherine, for helping protect Coda while he protects others!
