The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office recently posted about a pedestrian hit and run collision that occurred on Friday evening, April 10th, around 10:15pm on Canyon Rd. The 32-year-old victim in this case is currently in critical condition, and we are attempting to locate and identify the initial driver and pickup truck that hit him. We now have new information and are requesting the community’s help in reaching out to our office with any tips or information.
Vehicle parts collected at the scene indicate that the reported dark-colored pickup truck that struck the pedestrian was a 1994-2000 model Chevy Silverado. The damage to the pickup truck and debris came mostly from the center grill of the truck.
