2 Injured in Shooting at Lady Luck Bar in Parkland

At 2:02 am, on Sunday April 14th, our deputies at the Parkland Precinct could hear several gunshots coming from the Lady Luck Bar across the street at 14100 Pacific Ave S.

Deputies saw multiple vehicle and people fleeing from the parking lot. Deputies were able to locate two victims who had been struck by the gunfire. A 37-year-old male had a graze wound and was cleared at the scene by medics. A 30-year-old male had a gunshot wound and was transported with a non-life threatening injury.

After watching surveillance video and speaking to witnesses deputies believe the incident was related to an argument outside the business. One male started firing his gun after an altercation and the two victims were unrelated bystanders.

A handgun was found in the parking lot and was believed to have been used in the shooting. The firearm came back stolen from Seattle.

This case is still under investigation. Anyone with information about the shooting is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Department or they can make an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
